Body scrub is followed by Dr Kneipp's recommendation of a cold shower and then a full body rub with an almond Body Butter, leaving the body feeling invigorated and your skin soft. (Summer only)

Enjoy a Romantic Hand & Foot Massage seated on low wooden chairs. Both hands & feet are scrubbed with a Salt and Grape-seed Scrub, rinsed in Rose Petal Water & then massaged with Body Butter.

A small table set between you with a Bowl of Strawberries which can be dipped into fine icing sugar and/or Fresh whipped cream and served with chilled Sparkling wine.

One hour full Body Massage (add an extra R100 for Hot Stone Massage) with heated body oils, sensual aromas, soothing music, flowers & candles. To complete this perfect picture, a small table is romantically set for two at your cottage, with candles, a Chocolate Fondue served with a Fresh Fruit Platter & a chilled Bottle of Sparkling Wine.

Followed by Dr Kneipp's recommendation of a cold shower, leaving you feeling refreshed & your skin with a tingling feeling. You get back onto your heated massage bed & enjoy an hour of Full Body Massage with Body Butter. And to end off a rejuvenating experience, enjoy a Detox Smoothie.
